This is lack of education on your part. Music is an art, and as such, it's extremely subjective. It's perfectly OK not to like a particular kind of art, but it doesn't make you any superior than someone that likes it. Some people love abstract art, some people think it's a waste of paint. Likewise, some people like the sound of Afrobeats (even when they don't understand the language) while some don't. None of these people is essentially superior to the other and if you think the kind of art you appreciate places you about others, then you know absolutely nothing about art.
