complexstuffs:Oga you have a big problem. Region 1 and 2 has a more educated population. Both regions have very low number of out of school kids. Both regions and the SS lead in the entertainment industry, they lead in tech entrepreneurs. These regions almost always produce the best results in exams. So if you really think that crime creates wealth for a region then you have a problem. Crime leads to poverty. In every city, the most criminal part is usually the poorest part. The south did not grow wealth from crime, the south grew wealth despite crime. |
