the worst that can happen to a man is to be addicted to pmo and betting, i remember when i was living a near perfect life, addicted to only pmo before i introduced myself to a killer habit named football betting.
these two things have ruined me beyond repair, i have stopped living im just merely surviving, before i start football betting i have never go to bed hungry or wake up without anything to eat but now thats my lifestyle, go to bed hungry and wake up without hope of getting anything to eat.
from a normal human being i have turned myself to a slave. i do all sort of hard labour but at the end the money goes directly to the bookies account. just 3days ago i wake up in the morning and go out hustling as usual i carry something that i shouldnt carry because its too heavy for me but i resisted at the end i was paid 2500, i used 500 eat and staked the 2k nd lost it as usual i was left with bodyaches .
i have lost all my life to gambling i have nothing left now, whenever i tried to stop my mind kept telling me e fit be you and i think about the money i lost and try to recover even half of it but in the process i lose more, it has reach a level where i have stopped enjoying life at all im just feelling anxious, restless and depressed.
i am afraid, i dont want people around me to notice what is happening to me, because anyone i tell i dont have money i know will not believe me, because im a hard worker who left home early in the morning and come back home in the evening, but deep inside me im hurting because i dont have anything i work for the bookies not myself.
sometimes i think i am under a spell or something like that, why do i keep wasting away my life and couldnt stop it if i am not under a strong spell? i am just tired

anyway whatever i will never commit suicide but quitting betting is something that i must do no matter what it will take to quit i must quit.
to the fellow gamblers outthere, i am not advising anyone to quit, because i know telling a gambler to quit is what he hates the most. all we gamblers think we r smart and are taking risks to better our lives but in reality we are dumbasses that hates the truth. #over&out i am done with gambling. may god help me.

Brother just quit, don't listen to some people that re telling u to bet responsibly,no responsible gambler o,I've been there b4,my school fees and money for upkeep,I loosed it to bet..... just quit and have in my that u can never recover ..take it as a lose.....focus on ur hustle..

Addiction of any kind is terrible. The worst is smoking. Because not only are you wasting money, you are literally burning yourself which will result in a lot of health issues in the future. It's possible to quit. The fact is, you will relapse a couple of times, but never stop trying to quit. I was a daily smoker for 5 good years. I was high from morning till night. I tried numerous times to stop but I couldn't even last 12 hours without shaking. Glory to my name, I'm 6 months sober, and I'm loving sobriety. My mental clarity is awesome. My skin is glowing. My dry chapped lips are now pinky and succulent. My eyes are sparkly, and I'm generally happier and full of life. It's a miracle. The withdrawal was hell, but I fought hard. Now, no more cravings. Someone could be blowing weed on my face and I wouldn't be moved. When I remember what I went through, lack of sleep, lack of appetite, change of taste... Nah. Never again.
