What you are seeing from the way Dave Umahi is talking to the RCC contractor is the pure and unadulterated spirit of the IGBO MAN.

We don't give a flying fk in the way we talk to people as long as we are fighting against evil and injustice.

You just answered yourself. (contract terms) sacking coaches and paying them off is in the contract terms. My point again is that if the contract is terminated without the terms of agreement, spells trouble.
