Is this how the clueless Mbah intends to raise Enugu state GDP from 4.4 billion dollars to 30 billion dollars?

How can you say that a company with all these heavy duty trucks whose value is much higher than the coal they are extracting is engaged in illegal mining?

Mining is under the exclusive list and licenses are granted only by the federal government. Did Enugu state government ascertain whether they had license from the federal government before sealing a legitimate business?

You don't need an oracle to tell you that the commissioner is looking for bribes and monthly settlement from the company hence his illegal action.

I don't know why these governors are so funny, governor of enugu state can harmonized the coal industry that is lying waste in enugu state and use it for production of electricity for enugu state and later extend iþ to other Southeastern States in order to draw more investment to the southeast .

They come together and provide and produce a joint electricity network away from the normal National Grid since power has been removed from the exclusive list , Abia State needs power more than half of China's power is being produced from coal they should bring private public investment companies to run Extraction of the coal and use it for production of power they can even use it to run railway line, they can use it to produce producer gas that can be used in household cooking in the South East.

Now, look at this. How can an activity of such magnitude be going on in a state and the state is NOT aware of it? That's pure baloney! It's a bunch of bullcrap. Is the mining being done by ghosts? Absolutely NOT! These are foreigners probably Chinese who the governor contracted secretly to mine the coal and get his own share in order to turn a blind eye. Otherwise, why are those illegally mining the area NOT arrested and prosecuted? Can you tell me that you as a Liegerian would go to China or any other foreign country and start mining any of their natural resources without permission? First off, being a foreigner completely forcloses you from engaging in mining of any kind more or less mining without permission. You will be arrested and jailed if NOT executed for committing economic sabotage. But these folks would come to Liegeria and operate with impunity with the help of your CROOKED politicians. Tell me is this really a country that you're proud to be part of? If you're, then either you're brain dead, stupid, or both.

Will you keep quiet! The Enugu state gov’t are saying they’re not seeing shi-shi from all this Abuja enabled daylight robbery going on in their backyard, and you’re here yapping nonsense about ‘exclusive list’! Not forgetting the negative impact on the environment!
