He became a person of interest to 220 million Nigerians and a property of every Nigerian. Under the Freedom of Information Act, if I am armed with the proper circumstances, I can fly to CSU and request to see his school documents. I can request to know what he ate for dinner and report it in the news, if the people around him are not discreet enough to handle those details.
