it's so ambiguous, I blame CSU for all this mess trying to be clever by half, you claimed he requested a replacement certificate but he never picked it up, if he never picked it up, where then did he get the one he is parading about, this isn't even about politics it's about common sense, if he only requested for a diploma replacement once and yet there are two different diploma out there the one with inec and the one with CSU, atiku's lawyer should put the CSU official on the spot, by asking is it possible to have a CSU diploma from CSU without the request being on official record?
