If this guy had been handed over to the police, latest 24 hours he is back again on the street. If on the off chance he gets charged, the judge may just award him three months of community service or a bail of 100k claiming he is a first time offender, not minding his action could have led to the death of his victim. Our law is an ass, the law enforcers are a$$holes. Unfortunately, until people start seeing criminals being charged and appropriately punished, barbaric acts like this won't stop.

I say ehhhh...you still get mouth, mend mend am again, burst him mouth anyhow. Men later continue to mend the guy I heard he died like 3 later because even police reject am, they say he matter don tire them.

What I'm trying to say is, Thief no like police but thief go always prefer police treatment to mob action.
