As far as Nigeria is concerned, the winner of a Presidential election who has been sworn in is home free.

Tribunal hearings and Supreme court activities are just mere formalities.

No matter the weight of evidence possessed by the plaintiffs, no judge is ruling against the incumbent.

We are not saying the same thing. Tinubu rightly won against admitting new evidence against him.

Your Judiciary is not Independent and clearly unfit to dispense real justice on such matters.
