According to the electoral law,all political parties must have their logo on the ballot paper.

Mistakes do happen at times and this is one of it. I remember when such happened in Oyo state and one Otegbeye in the 2011 Govornship election.

His party logo was ommitted. Dude said he will go to court and the court will call for a rerun. Even though he has no chance of winning the general elections

The ACN then called him aside and give him a commissioner post. . And he withdrew his case from court.

But nobody is talking about ballot paper here, it's the result sheet, APC logo's wasn't in it

I still think the judgement wasn't in order, APC lost the election woefully, the figures are already there, the court should have ordered INEC to produce another form EC8A with an APC logo in it, it's a simple stuff!
