Foolish Igbo is Anambra able to feed itself ?

Guyman01:
Niger State is more than Netherlands and Belgium combined in land size but cannot feed itself, (this is foe those who always say that South East has a small landmass,) most of the milk used by Mai Shayi to make tea in Nigeria comes from cows in small Netherlands while Fulani herdsmen slaughters the population to use their farm crops to feed their Kwashiokod cows.

I expected the hardworking Governor of Niger to ask Peter Obi how he planned to transform the state into a productive state during the campaigns with all those huge expanse of fertile lands wasting away but instead he is looking at more money from Niger Delta oil which NNPCL is already telling us is not available for Dangote refinery

I don't think that dam supplies the oil rich states in the south. I know of Ughelli gas station and I think one is present in Rivers state?
That Niger dam I believe should be supplying electricity to the northern and middle belts states.
I blame the oil producing states down south for being a good father Christmas to all
Just imagine if it were the north that produces oil?

We can already see how the gold from zamfara is going

I would like to address some of the Yorubas who think that the Igbo speaking Biafrans are their problem. The question you need to ask yourselves is : "Why are the Fulanis making this demand now especially after 8 years of their tribes man being in power?" Were they NOT aware that the kainji Dam has been serving Liegeria for the 8 years that Presidiot Muhammad B0K0HARI was in power? The answer is simple: They want to create more problem for Tiefnubu amidst the chaos that his presidency is. Despite all these kerfuffles coming form the Fulanis, some Yoruba persons would tell you that Igbos are their problem.

The man has a point. But ...
The premise of his agitation is right, but the conclusion (13% from oil sales) is wrong.
Like it or not, his premise is that natural resources like land and water and even terrain of a state are assets.
Without Niger state being there, Nigeria would have to look elsewhere to site the dam, an "elsewhere" that may not be as suitable as Niger.
An elsewhere that many carry financial costs to Nigeria.
If some states can collect 13% for oil deposits inside the ocean (Nigeria's collective territorial waters), then Niger state should also claim some special monetary compensation from the collective wealth pool.
Nigeria should pay Niger a 13% of all the funds collected by power companies using power stations in Niger state.
Same should apply to other states hosting other power stations though.
What is fair is fair. cool

I think they deserve it. Kanji dam is supplying power to those oil-producing states. They deserve something in return. Every state should be tasked with doing more. Our leaders are just too lazy to do anything positive
