I feel my problem so far has been overthinking.

I always think of the worst-case scenario each time I'm faced with difficulty.

Sometimes I develop migraines from many thoughts that end up making me weak to even take a step towards solving the issue. This has been my problem actually.

Who else is experiencing this..

If u always think of worst case scenarios in terms of difficulties. THAT SHOULD ACTUALLY MAKE YOU A PROFESSIONAL IN QUICK DECISION MAKING and NOT OVER THINKING

You just scored one out of the two, overthinking is great as it allows you to think beyond the moment. What you need do is to also think of the solution, dont just think about the problem alone.
