It being conspicuous is an African or developing world thing. But generally, rich/wealthy husbands who cheated are not overly criticised by netizens simply because they are rich. Chinese don't lampoon rich men who cheat. They will criticise such men in cases where they (the men) lose a lot in divorce judgements. Even the French don't view infidelity the way others do.
