Unfortunately what he's referring to is the recycling of politicians in different offices. Tinubu was senator in 1992, governor 1999, godfather 2007 and now president 2023. That's over 31 years of jumping from one chair to another. In real terms, he's celebrating the stifling of the political space and exclusivity.
