Tinubu has exasperated the situation. The people of Rivers would not allow the 27 legislators remain in their seats, while being defectors from PDP and the 4 legislators loyal to the governor cannot perform the duties of the legislative. This jeans Fubara will continue governing without commisioners until the situation is resolved.
