After the 2019 imbroglio of refusal of existence of INEC SERVER, Yakubu Mahmood would have been forced to resign from INEC, if he was shameless to resign on his own volition. But Mohammadu Buhari kept Yakubu on top of INEC for the 2023 election heist for APC, because Buhari knew that there was no way his APC would win presidential election in 2023 considering the mismanagement of Nigeria by APC. Yakubu Mahmood promptly delivered for APC. Most ridiculous is spending a fortune for electronic transmission of vote results, but ending up discarding the transmission method during the most crucial presidential election process. Disgraceful.
