Like I stated before on the thread. The minister was very wrong on his analysis and shot himself on the foot by the eye test. There are scientific approach to the technical issues. He should have requested for scientific tests results before condemning the materials. He went back and found out he was wrong after meeting with ministry stakeholders hence the rescinding. That's what happens when you act before thinking

Honorable minister please focus on SS and SE roads only. Don't be like Amaechi who focused on building railway line to Niger Republic while PH gained nothing from him, or Goodluck Jonathan who focused on developing the north while road to Otuoke no dey.
Do not be deceived, there's nothing like national interest in this Nigeria!

Slow pace of the work as against the laid down contract terms signed before payment of 33Billion Naira. 2. RCC try to smuggle in Nigeria factor by using sub standard materials eg clay sand instead of sharp sand (River sand) and they were warn and ordered to evacuate the sand but during unscheduled visit on Sunday by the Minister he was observed that his order to evacuate the sand was not carried out instead more of such sand was brought in and spread across key areas. Hence the stoppage and top bras meeting between the works dept. and RCC.

Nothing like unscheduled visit,RCC knew Umahi was coming to site so they don't bothered themselves with his jabbing (1)You can not be washing sand with your palm cos your palm is not sieve 200,sand will always escaped through the opening inbetween your fingers(2)When you compared finnest modulus of the sand using by RCC,BERGER AND CCECC,RCC sand has the higest modulus compared to others(3) Umahi refused to think out of the box cos some locals who think it is the time to become millionnaire through supply of sharp sand are pushing him(The fact that sharp sand is from burrow pit does not make it substandard(4)Umahi backtracked when he was faced with superior argument of RCC engineer (Umahi only advantage is that he has the final saying as a minister (5)You that is saying nonsense up there should stop cos you don't have knowledge of what you are discussing.
