So when i took my first flight to Atlanta with Delta, we were served refreshment. Something Southwest Airline never offered "us".

The first leg was from salt lake city to St Paul, MN. The plane was boeing 757, very spacious, took the window seat, watched a movie and the legroom was nice.

The second leg of my flight was from MSP to MDW. It was CRJ 7000. I was given the second to that seat on the plane. The engine was located at the back too. Mehn, i almost got deaf.

My layover was 32mins. I almost missed my flight. The way I run ehn ehn. I ran till i almost ran out of breath. Na so dem dey call my name.. i always hate connecting flights.

I have never flown Southwest Airlines before but whenever I have flown from New York City to Atlanta using either American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Airlines & Jet Blue we have always been served refreshments usually Snacks & Drinks.

You’re also allowed to purchased prepared Sandwiches, Salads & Wraps using either Debit OR Credit Cards.

I don’t know if you live overseas but the generally consensus & advice has always been to provide your ID whenever you’re asked to by the relevant authority in the host Country.

If you haven’t committed a crime & have nothing to hide they will always let you go without much hesitation.

If any unfortunate thing where to happen be rest assured that you would be solely blamed for failure to adhere to proper instructions by constituted authorities.

I have been stopped numerous times by the cops & ask to provide my Driver License, Insurance & Registration and I have never for once refused to provide those documents neither have I argued with the officers.

You’re in a lose lose situation and it’s in your best interest to cooperate.

It doesn’t take more five minutes for the Officer to return to his car & run your information against Federal Database, if everything checks out then you will be let go & be on your way to your destination in no time.

Although it depends on the industry and region. If you don't work at the top end of high wage industry, Canada is better. So, if you want to make giant piles of cash via something lucrative like software development, finance, medical or engineering, United States of America is the right place to go otherwise in any category, Canada is better.

We need to first understand the business model of agents like Wakanow or TravelStart. I used the word agents because that's what they actually are...middlemen. they get tickets from airlines and hype the price by $100 or more as profits.

I still believe that the best place to get the best price is directly from the airlines. Wakanow and TravelStart are two sides of d same coin and they always match each other's price.

The catch is, u need to have the flight money ready. Secondly u need to be able to identify when d airline offers u a good deal n grab it.

1. Don't visit the airlines website prior for the purpose of mere checking.
2. Check only when u are ready to pay.
3. Use Wakanow n the rest to have an idea of the price.
4. Visit their website. Some will hit u with a ridiculously low price the first time u search. If u miss it, it's gone.
5. Keep checking the flight for up to 5 days at different times. You will mostly likely be offered a price drop.

No need to clear your cookies. You actually want the airlines to know that u are seriously considering them, that way they want to lower d ticket. That's how I search

I know almost everyone out there will tell u to go incognito while searching. Na, not me. I want them to know I am around.

I once missed a deal like this on Turkish airlines n I could have saved $250. Last time I used Ethiopian air, I saved 45k naira. Wakanow n TravelStart colluded between themselves n lined me up for slaughter, but I don wise.
