Penguin2: Losers ALWAYS have excuses.. Labour party has been before Peter Obi..but.... His emergence into that party will take the party down to the floor of the ocean . Keep making useless lousy excuses that failures must ultimately make . You don't know how to stop APC from "buying" your members.. Local urchin! 5 Likes 1 Share |

What is Otti performance that he silenced opposition with ? Appropriating ₦2 billion to feed himself or the over ₦1 billion to buy pick up or the Julius Berger signage Abia celebrated or what exactly where those achievement you talked about. We both know Otti is yet to build a single BQ talk more of pedestrian bridge or overhead bridge nor as he commissioned any sensible road so what achievement is that. When you talk about governors that silenced hypocritical fools n opposition with achievement first on your list is Babajide Sanwiolu the man as practically turn Rail work to overhead bridge opening new one yearly something no governor ever achieved in the history of Nigeria. Overhead bridge is no longer counted in Lagos as Sanwolu as built or building over 10, this is a project the fat fool Ikpeaze wasted 8 years on while insulting your fathers n mothers in Abia. Your Alex Otti never even know wetin overhead bridge mean maybe after looting mercilessly in his first term he will think of one in his second term. Okwyjesus: 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Bobloco: Actually you are wrong. His family are returnee slaves who settled in Lagos. But just like all the returnee slaves who settled in Lagos they are not originally from Lagos. Most came from ilesha, Abeokuta, Oyo, as far as Ilorin. Slaves were rarely captured in Lagos but the hinterland and usually as a result of tribal wars. Most slaves and hence returnees do not originate from Lagos or Ijebu. Ijebus were not captured as slaves and Lagos was not a source of slaves, so the closest he could have come from was Abeokuta axis. Ajayi Crowther was a descendant of slaves captured by the fulani wars with the Oyo empire. Da Rocha’s ancestors were from Ilesha. Herbert Macaulay was from Ikirun in Oyo state, Randles are from Oyo state, the Alalkijas (who reverted to their Yoruba name) are from Abeokuta and so on. So when you hear all these Lagos families with foreign names, know they are returnee slave descendants who did not originate from Lagos. So when you say no Lagosian is more Lagosian than Vivour you are wrong. They were not from Lagos and when they returned there were people in Lagos even before their ancestors were sold off, talk less of when they came back. They only assumed a social status in Lagos because when they came back they returned with skills and or education superior to the locals. 7 Likes 1 Share |

Penguin2: She probably felt unappreciated. One thing you Obidients don't want to acknowledge is the impact of Yorubas in the last election and how Obi won Lagos... I am sure most Yoruba Obidients are now regretting voting for Obi despite Tinubu's poor performance so far. Yorubas are being insulted today for voting for Tinubu, but somehow the same Yorubas voted for Obi in Lagos and he won in the state, so are there more Igbos than Yorubas in Lagos? This attitude of making it about the Igbos is what will kill Labour Party and make Obi's presidential hopes fade, cos there's no way he's gonna win without Yoruba or Northern support. 8 Likes 1 Share |
