Tinibu must have been watching all the interviews of Peter Obi throughout the campaigns and taking notes, he heard when Obi said that he will remove fuel subsidy, and like a poor student who copies from other brilliant students around him, he copied even the name and Reg number of Peter Obi grin

He didn't know that copying without sense is just senseless.

He copied forgetting that there is always a "how" to every solution.

The more you guys keep calling Yorubas ronu people the more you move far from collaboration with them. It's your choice to be humble as you catch cruise with them.
As a student of law, working together irrespective of tribe or party is the solution!

They have always seen Yorubas as competitors and not as collaborators. Before Obi came out, they were all shouting presidency should remain in the North forever for any Yoruba man to get it again. cool

That is one of the reasons why the results of the last election pained them so much. grin

Oga, politics will always be dirty no matter how much sauce you add to it, is it not the same guy the EFCC alleged to have converted and awarded cumulative proceeds of grass cutting contracts worth over N544 million to companies he had interests in.

give this guy one post to hold and see how he will become negative again. Abeg.

Oga, did he say the truth or not?

Oga, did he say the truth or not?
He is bitter that he was not picked for VP
Obi said he would remove subsidy on day one

Atiku said he would remove it within his first hundred days
They campaigned on that Issue
Nigerians knew Tinubu would do it and still voted him.
The consequences are painful but no one has told us a credible alternative
The botomline is even if there was no will to remove it there was no choice because Nigeria has reached the pont of borrowing from IMF and IMF simply will not lend money for subsidy. So blaming Tinubu or any other president is futile it is either the subsidy goes or the government shuts down and stops paying salaries and defaults on loan repayments.
When nearly 100% of revenues is going on debt servicing how does government continue that?

I am not a fan of Tinubu. But he is still better than Buhari administratively.

He is the least to complain because BUHARI took us to Golgotha and back with his nepotism and grovelling bigotry.

Besides that, how exactly is the point he is making pot calling kettle black?

Or rather, Nigerians are receiving collective punishment for their actions and inactions, from those who directly brought Tinubu to power by voting for APC, and those who indirectly got us into this mess by dividing their votes mainly between Atiku of PDP, Obi of LP and Kwankwaso of NNPP, and of course those who didn't vote for anybody.

In one way or the other, we're all culprits of bringing this calamity (Tinubu) into power.

That is why we should not put ourselves in a position where we have to borrow from them
You sell your soul in the process
Nigeria has not said anything significant about the Ukraine war or Gaza and was even threatening Niger with military action
The other day an announcement was made that British lawyers will practice in Nigeria
See how Chinese are flooding our country

So when you borrow anyhow you lose sovereignty

Stop saying the subsidy money
There is no subsidy money
They were borrowing to pay subsidy and they could not find anyone foolish enough to continue lending them
They started owing NNPC which would have gone bankrupt
They are still own g NNPC since 2022 and did not pay one kobo last year
So all this

The subsidy money
that you people keep saying Upandan

Wake up there is nothing like that

Buhari even sold crude oil in advance up till later this year and spent the money
The country is broke
Nothing like
The subsidy money
But same govt claimed allocation to govs has increased by 60% by virtue of subsidy removal so what exactly are you on about
