On a serious note, there is nothing much to worry about, the so called depreciation I believe started immediately he became a pubescent. It's one of the attributes... The way you pictured him here, I think your son will grow up to become brawny and physically 'huge', he is still growing abeit scratching the surface for now

Where I find issue is with his mouth opening , make sure he doesn't grow with that because it's a bad habit, I will suggest, you keep his mouth busy by giving him bubble gum to chew quarterly every day

OP, If you go with this advice. Please be sure the bubble gum is sugar free. Otherwise he'll soon develop tooth decay and cavities.

Let them do an abdominal scan for him. He might have tapeworm. Given the way he eats and nothing to show for it. Tapeworms might be the culprit.

I am assuming you have taken him to a qualified medical consultant.

If no....that would be a goosdce to start.

He might have eating disorder, take him to a dietician, or a child psychologist.

It is also possible that there is nothing wrong with him, you may be worrying for nohing

I think you have nothing to worry about just yet. Secondary school days I had one friend called Tommy his father was even a judge as at then so money isn't the problem. But dude look as skinny as an hausa goat. Omo just bones no iota of flesh.
