Israel knows Hamas as the group responsible for attacks.
&Hamas uses civilian shields & launches attacks from civilian buildings. Israel even warns civilians to evacuate such bases b4 attacking.
Yes, there are Civilian casualties but it's not same as with NA angrily going to burn down communities & any young person in the vicinity of the community.
