The Nigerian military, Tuesday, moved in swamp buggies to the besieged Okuoma community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, in continuation of the ongoing razing of the community.

The two swamp buggies, which were off-loaded from trailer-trucks into barges at the Bomadi Police Division waterfront, were transported onward into the creeks.

Recall that, last week, soldiers on a rescue mission were ambushed and killed by youths of Okuoma community, leading to a reprisal attack and consequent burning of houses by the military.

A source, who spoke from a neighbouring community of Okuoma, disclosed that the heavy vehicles were seen transported on barges through their community waterways towards the direction of Okuoma.

“Yes, I saw them passing through our river towards the direction of Okuoma, they’re heavy machines but nobody can tell their mission there”, she said.

However, the chairman Akugbene community in Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State, have been released from detention by men of the military Joint Task Force, JTF, Bomadi Division.

It was gathered that, the community chairman and others, who were detained, yesterday, over the harbouring of the fleeing chairman of Okuoma and other suspects, secured their release after producing the alleged perpetrators under the community’s custody.

More so, the security situation at Bomadi and environs is still tense, as armoured vehicles and men on uniform are seen on strategic locations in the town.

Despite the rumors of a potential military barracks, the community continues to be demolished by the Nigerian military in Okuama.

Okuama will never be the same again. Some of their land has been taking over by the military, and the military won't give them #1.

Every action has its own consequences.

Learn self control because you can never control other people's reaction to your action.

I wish the innocent people of Okuoma, peace. The family of the slain soldiers, fortitude to bear the loss. To the Nigerian Army, wisdom.

The locals of this region have allowed the devil to deceive them. If the communal conflict is actually true, then they were blinded. How can you live side by side and turn against each other. This is work of Satan and his demons who uses the free will God have given man against man. You allowed a bigger plan of the devil to take center piece, now that land is gone. Poor ratchet men how long will you continue to walk by sight and flesh, when the word of God says it leads unto death.

IDENTIFY ALL THE "STRONGMEN AND FINANCIERS"

THEY SHOULD REPORT TO THE NEAREST POLICE STATION PHYSICALLY EVERY 2 WEEKS.

IF THEY HAVE TO SKIP TOWN, THEY HAVE TO NOTIFY THE AUTHORITIES.

LIVE WITH THEM AND MAKE THEM APPRECIATE THE FREEDOM THEY HAD AND ABUSED.

ANY GATHERING OF MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE MUST BE WITH A PERMIT.

ANYBODY CAUGHT WITH AN UNLICENSED FIREARM......TRANSFER TO GASHUA PRISONS UP NORTH.

START RENOVATING ALL THE PRISONS AS A SHOW OF FORCE.
