Reactions on social media have been triggered by a widely shared video purportedly showing a secondary school student (SS3) purchasing an expensive Mercedes.

The student reportedly bought the automobile on his own, according to the TikTok video that car dealer @sadiqmotors1 posted online. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

Fast-forwarding to school, the SS3 student parked the red Mercedes next to a fence.

His driving abilities and superb parking skills were comparable to those of an experienced driver.

While sharing the video on TikTok, the car salesman expressed disbelief at the circumstances, alleging that the student purchased the vehicle himself.

Sharing the video, the car deal captioned it, “Wahala. SS3 student bought a Benz and drove it to school,” he captioned the video.”

When I was in SS3, my only concern was how I was going to pass WAEC and JAMB in one sitting. grin

Nigerians are very guilable tools

That car is not his own..
It might be his uncle,inlaw or cousin car
I used to pull this stunt back then with my sister's car

Her husband bought her a car, but during pregnancy. I was the one basically driving around with the car, going errands.

Now let me tell you
I lied to so many people in my area that I just bought a new car.
They all believed it since the see me driving it all the time

This kid is pulling the same stunt I pulled when I was his age. That car is not his own

Good one son.. Don't listen to *how did he get the money* crew.. its all jealousy .if any of them had the same opportunity, they would do worst . Just enjoy the life. I was in SS3 in 1991. I had a junior in Js3 who used to drive a Peugeot 504 to school. That was a cool ride at that time. It was his dad's car. His old boy was loaded.
It didn't distract us one bit.

A boy still in school. No reasonable means of income, no known contract executed by him or any sort of legal one time business deal. The problem with this type of "sudden" wealth is that when it suddenly vanishes, the boy in the quest not to fall hand and continue to maintain his lavish lifestyle may go the extra mile to mine his parents or siblings skull in exchange for continued wealth flow. If only the stupid parents can see the writings on the wall now before it's too late .
As for the boy, e go do am so tey...one day, alarm go below.
