Popular nigerian pastor and a major critic of the nigerian government has blasted nigerians that are not happy as the dollar begin to appreciate. He was furious that despite being an obidient, he has moved on, but some people always want to see anything bad about their country especially since their candidate lost, and always want bad things to be happening so that they can say, Shey we warned you. [/quote
Is it dollar that is appreciating or the naira .
Naira is appreciating against dollar. It is good sha that the do called seers have started foretell good on Nigeria.

Now he is an arse licker. funny people. dont you know how nigeria things work? Let them announce that the petrol price is now 200 naira, and see how the stations will drag time to adjust it, they will say, they have not seen president to come to their stations and tell them in person, but let them jack it up to 1k, before the announcement is over, the price will be adjusted with the speed of light. Same thing is being applicable to goods you see in the markets and you are complaining above. Many nigerians are naturally wicked that want to explore every opportunity they can lay on.

The story now is that all the goods they bought when the dollar is high, are yet to be sold, until they sell everything and restock with the new dollar rates, thats when things can come down. Majority of them never imported anything when dollar was high. They are just opportunist. simple. You see examples who the guy is talking about?
You will shop in abroad during festive period, you will nearly get many things almost free, but in nigeria, everything will skyrocket, everyone will be confused of what to buy with little at hand and its been happening even far before this administration. who is doing who?
Thank you. You said it all.. We are too wicked to each other in this country no love at all

Obirodents will start cancelling Apostle from this moment forgotten that he's one of them before, anything not coming from their Pandora fraudster and serial party defector must be condemned. Frustrated and confused set of humans.

Obid.iots people will always fail, they are a failure as they always fail. Even whoever they support always fail, Atikulate comes to mind.

They were the only set of people that preach evil against Nigeria so they can scream " we tell them"

I have always been saying this: it's a huge risk sharing the same nationality with some people. They are enemies within who don't wish the nation well. If I had the power to give them their own country today, I wouldn't even think about it for a second before excising them from Nigeria. If they however chose not to go to their imaginary Eldorado,it would be an opportunity to set some brain-resetting conditions for them for chosing to remain as Nigerians!

Nigeria must find an appropriate answer to the question of Igbo people in Nigeria. They constitute a serious security risk to the nation.

Had it been the way you are voicing out now, others too are voicing out, condemning their bad attitude, they'll sit up and behave themselves.. forums such as Nairaland too is complicit in the whole thing as the owner always allow himself to get bullied by them.

How will people be rejoicing that the country's currency is on freefall simply because a candidate they chose lost election.. it's the exact same behaviour their parents exhibited that made them kill Ahmadu Bello, Tafawa Balewa and others which eventually led to civil war.
See how they were demanding that Military should seize power because their candidate lost and they don't want a Yoruba man that won election to complete his tenure. Very similar to what Nzeribe did in the past, opposing Yoruba presidency and publishing anti-Yoruba articles in national dailies back then.

Why are “fake” lovers of Nigeria celebrating the exchange rate at N1,200 ?

There were a lot of people that bought items when naira was 1,800 per dollar and now dollar is depreciating Nd their price of goods they bought are going down they can't even sell at cost price..at this point they are loosing thousands and millions of naira, why won't they be angry with Nigeria government who can't make naira stable in the first place

Obidients are being motivated by hatred, sentiment and emotion not love of the country.

I keep telling obidients that their attitude on social media would never ever allow Obi to win election in Nigeria.

The more they talk trash on social media the farther they're to Nigeria presidency. This I'm very sure of.

The sad thing about these frustrated lots is that Atiku,Obi and their families have moved on, yet they have refused to move on with their lives. They will die of frustrations while Nigeria move forward.

Why did he say, " I am Obidient but..."? It's because it's a general knowledge that majority of those unhappy about naira appreciation are Obidients. Anyone arguing that fact is being unfair to his or her generation.

Your head dey correct.

Some people are just jubilant over the gradual dollar/naira fall but have not questioned the very things that affect them- Has prices of goods in the market been adjusted accordingly?

The answer is NO.

So, what benefits the common man in all these?

Abracadabra economics.
That's the part the 'jubilant elites' are missing but prices still remain the same.

You're right, my brother. We all should begin to speak up against the danger that the Igbo people represent. Why should we keep quiet in the face of all these anti-Nigeria activities of the Igbo? Are we all going to fold our arms until they finally succeed in their evil machinations against Nigeria?

The same Igbo people who openly said they would enlist in the Nigerien (Niger Republic) Army to fight against Nigeria in the event of a war between the two countries! Had the coup saga in Niger Republic led to a war between Nigeria and Niger, trust me, the majority of these irrational people, who are always led by emotions, would have found their way to Niamey to enlist in Niger's military!

Why should the rest of us share the same space with such devilish people who don't mean well for Nigeria? The truth is that I don't feel comfortable having Igbo people around me again as a Yoruba man, and that's because they have proven themselves to be sworn enemies of the Yoruba people. Why should I tolerate an enemy around me?

The federal government has to do something about the danger Igbo constitute to the security of other Nigerians before people begin to take laws into their own hands!

Mr Apostle, most people in your church don't buy or sell on dollar. They simply want the prices of basic goods and services to reduce so they can feed and cater for their families. We are yet to notice any changes. We trade on Naira in this country and prices are skyrocketing daily.

Yes we re clamouring for change in naira..but someone that bought goods coz hee or she has no other goods, at
that higher rate in order to sell..doesn't make mistakes..so when naira is appreciating you don't expect him or her to be all happy coz naira is appreciating..thats just the truth.

You're right o.. a sane person has to be worried.
This mentality of "if I can't have it, let's destroy everything" is not something anyone should joke with.

Okay, even if they get biafra.. how will Nigeria handle their population in other parts of the country especially South West?.. They sure won't agree to leave except you take rash decisions which international community will say is inhumane or war crime.
