Easy way to become a witch

Just swear to whatever not to see the progress of your own country, lobatan.

How can some people do just because their principal loss in a contested election, the person wey come third oo and ever since they never wish the best for the country.

It's time for FG to consider banning any association with the name of Obidients.

We can't continue to be shying away about their bitterness, hatred and their evil wishes towards the progress and development of Nigeria

Progress of one's country? What progress did Nigeria make after its ruling APC through the INEC Chairman appointed by APC government, threw away the ultramodern system for collation of voting results, but resorted to PRIMITIVE and NEVER TRANSPARENT manual collation of vote results to produce a loser as president of Nigeria last presidential election? All these after the head of the election umpire swore before the public that no other method except the system of electronic transmission of vote results would be used to conduct the general elections of 2023 in Nigeria.
APC stole the presidential election and didn't border about the credibility problems it created for INEC and democracy in Nigeria.

Now that ur 1k dollar can only buy N1m.
If u decide to take this advice, ur 1k dollar may only buy N700k worth of things in the near future.

She is right. Keep ya dollars closer. Afterall Nigeria leaders have not sold the millions and billions of dollars they stashed in Switzerland. Why blackmail me to sell my own dollars. In everything you do, emulate Nigeria leaders. They keep their dollars, keep yours, they seek second citizenship, seek yours, they have no faith in the future of the country, do the same, they run abroad for holidays, oga do the same, they buy foreign goods, buy the same.

Your Sermon is not for people with eye ... with dangote refinery unfolding dollar is not going up anytime soon and majority of the investment trapped belong to JJCs & mo gbo mo ya in the FX world ... what you bought at 1700 is 1000 and most likely to go 900 thats one hell of risk for any investor to bear

People shouting keep your dollar might not even have dollar invested cheesy

Some of you are so used to suffering that you don't know the meaning of progress. Please mention one thing that has improved in the life of the average Nigerian since your Lord and God came to power?

Hopefully, you understand that the dollar is being subsidized from using our FX reserves. Second, the direct sales to BDC has cut off that fraud by commercial banks reselling at higher prices. Our oil production level has remained low, of which this forms almost 90% of our FX income. So the reality is, we’re not making enough USD to cater for the demand, but robbing Peter to pay Paul.

The switching off of the irev is that not more than witchcraft

For the umpteenth time, you can't switch of a cloud server.

You can Pause/Suspend it or delete it or an Application on the server like IREV can crash.

If it was Paused, then you can use the audit log to find out who did it. If the App crashed, that is human error due to the software developer.

Don't follow the herd, the person you heard say it might be a stark illiterate that heard another dumb idiot say it.

You are assuming that he will change his dollar to naira and that is a fundamentally wrong assumption.

1k dollar of last year is still 1k dollar in terms of purchasing power rather it is nairs that lost value because of speculation. If I am not a currency speculator I see no rush to go selling dollar that I earned legitimately just because politicians and their supporters say so.

Have the politicians sold their own dollars? State government that have been using their FAAC to buy dollar nko have they sold it?

Speculators have already cut their losses so this preaching about sell your dollar is not making sense anymore
Ok I will answer u cos u didn't insult me in ur comment like every other NLder.
There are people who bought dollar with naira at N1800, yes though the value of dollar didn't change, but those people have become poorer statistically because they will not spend the money in dollar, they will change it back to Naira before they use it.
If you look at it, they moved from N1.8m to N1m.
Most of the people hoarding dollar are not financially rich, most of them only have $200, they need to dispose their dollars now and count their loses before it gets worse.

How many average Nigerians living in Nigeria have dollars in their hands, let alone $1000? lipsrsealed

The average Nigerians who have dollars are mostly those who live outside of the country and send dollars back to their loved ones from abroad regularly.

She knows nothing.

If she had purchased $2,000 worth of dollars at #1,700 per $ back then, she must have spent #3.4 million naira for the purchase.

If she now uses that $2,000 to purchase goods worth $2,000 today according to her, she would actually pay the seller #3.4 million naira to buy goods worth only #2 million naira undecided (with dollar being #1,000 per dollar today, her $2,000 will only be able to buy goods worth #2 million only)

No, it's not common sense, it's a shallow one from her. Then as long as you are buying goods here in Nigeria, for anyone who acquired dollars when it was above #1,100, yes you may pay $1,000 to purchase goods, its never the same worth like you put it judging by how naira has gained against the dollar recently.
She's referring to consumer goods that are imported... Like electronic gadgets, cars, machines, etc.
