And not everyone that kills has psychological problem. So there is no universal standard when it comes to killing. Some see killing as good and as a means to achieve what they want and some see killing as self defense. So again if you say killing is bad, it is your personal opinion.

Lemme repeat. Murder is a criminal act of taking someone's life. Its against any law in any country.
Killing is wars are different. It is deliberate and they protecting their sovereignty in the way they deemed fit. It may not be only soldiers that get killed but women and children are involved as collateral damage . Sometimes those women and children are used as human shields
No court would indict a soldier for killing another soldier in a war, so legally its justified.
