Watched the game late last night - interesting work out for the side.

A few observations:

- Defence needs more drilling as a unit - if Per wasn't out of line, DD wouldn't have scored
- Miquel is clearly no LB, not sure he's even a CB above CC level even, we definitely need to bring in someone to provide cover till TV5 returns. Losing Gibbs before Monreal returns could leave us massively exposed.
- Santi's still about 2 weeks behind the others in terms of fitness - I'd start Rozzi ahead of him for the first few games.
- We're not creating enough chances IMO, need to get the team working better on that front, but what a pass from Rambo in the first half? Pure magic.
- Sanogo looks like a rough gem, but he'll put himself about and cause defences trouble for sure.
- Still looking dangerous on set-pieces. . . .we'll need those goals even more if our creativity remains at its current level.

Simply put, we still need those players. Good to hear AW say we're looking to strengthen, but as always I'll judge based on his actions not on words. Next up: Citeh.
