Kay-Dee:I don't know what has got into the head of some of these fans. But honestly though, Higuain was not in the match today. Pandev gave us something to think about defensively in the first half. Not bad in the end. . . .it's still pre-season in case some of y'all have forgotten. Nuff said, Sagna is still our best RB, Koscielny and Per look like they'll be especially dangerous on set pieces. Glad to hear we're still looking to get rid of players, it means we have more room for signings - if they come that is. Arsene is already getting defensive in his press conferences and we've not even started losing games yet. It may be a really long season if things continue like this. |

Another twist to the Suarez saga Damien Comolli has now added his voice to the issue. He says a clause does exist in Suarez's contract and he doesn't understand why Liverpool is making things difficult. In addition, he says "#lfc have told #afc to pay £50m and he's yours. Suarez, Guardiola and #afc think £40m+£1 allows him to leave. " For those who don't know, Damien Comolli was until last year, director of football at Liverpool. He was also instrumental in Pool's signing of Suarez and many other players |
