Check the word addiction. You don't need a woman or sex to relief sexual urge. In fact, when you leave masturbation and sex, your body will get used to that condition you have created. You will never feel that need to want to even engage in sex.

Try and leave sex for sometime, you will understand what I am trying to say. It won't be easy for you because you have conditioned your body to always want fvck. So, if you don't do it, you will never be at rest.
