What impressed me most is the speed limit road sign in the second picture above. Will motorists be fined for breaking it?

Those roads a re mosly from Abuja and other highbrow areas throughout the country. At least 70% of Nigerian roads are in very bad shape. So, stop trying to paint a good picture of Nigerian roads.

Roads in a developing country will always take a long time because the more roads the govt builds, the more people move to areas without roads and after few years of living there they complain govt is not making a motor-able road for them
