Tundesam923: Trout is a different kind of superstar. He is not loud or boisterous like the others and does not bring distraction to the dugout. He told the Angels his timeline for discussing his future and stayed off the cameras so the Angels can figure things out. He did not speak too much about his free agency and despite the open courting by the Phillies and Bryce Harper, the man remained calm. The Angels rewarded his loyalty with the biggest contract in sports history which is well-deserved. 1 Like |

donlittle25: Malone. Even though I like Dirk and hated Malone, Stockton, anything Jazz. No social media to hype folks up then so guys like Malone get lost. Without Jordan, Malone wins a ring or 2. Malone will be an allstar in this era. Dirk would be a steve kerr in that era. That was a grown mans game. |

Harden has now scored 30 or more on every team this season. |
Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 3:44am On Mar 20, 2019 |
Killrhymz: does this work in post season though? In 3 of the last 4 playoffs, Harden gasses out. im hoping g this year is different. buuut bball is a simple game |

Brook Lopez: 28-9-3-4-3 in a win tonight D’Angelo Russell: 44-12 in an insane comeback win tonight Ivica Zubac: 12-9 in 18 minutes tonight Julius Randle: 45-11-6 vs Portland the other night followed by 21 pt and 30 pt games. How did the Lakers give up on all 4 of these guys? |

donlittle25: The Mailman |
Re: The NBA Begins by Khanben: 8:27am On Mar 20, 2019 |
etidy: All this speaks to very poor talent development on the part of the Lakers. D Russell and Julius were allstars waiting to happen and they just gave up on both. |
Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 10:31am On Mar 20, 2019 |
etidy:Does Brook do that every night? No. And let's not act like Dlo does that every night. He's still averaging 20ppg this season. Would have love them to keep Randle, but Zubac, he still has an unclear future. No one knows what he'll become. |

Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 7:54pm On Mar 20, 2019 |
etidy:Lol Magic and the Lakers wanted to cheat the process. I'm actually mad at the Pelicans now for not allowing the Lakers to mortgage their future by trading their young core and draft picks for Anthony Davis I would be dying to see how injury prone Anthony Davis and LeNomad in year 17 and 18 navigate the Western Conference while the younger LA guys blossom under less pressure and scrutiny in a smaller market 1 Like |

Bucks don enter one chance. Brogdon out, Mirotic out. |

A40:They''ll both be back before playoffs. |
Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 1:22am On Mar 21, 2019 |
A40: And he couldnt handle it. Remember they used to manhandle him regularly. He had to bulk up and get strong. Even then he had to be forced to play like an NBA forward. And post Avery Johnson as coach he has slowly reverted back to being a shooter that avoids contact. Malone was and is a ruff rider. All day, everyday. 1 Like |

So Smart gets a technical 2 and is rightfully tossed for pushing Embiid but Embiid gets nothing for the elbow and mouthing on Smart? Now that is ridiculous!!! 1 Like |

Steven Adams is a good player and all, but if OKC wants to take the next step they need a centre who can impact the game on both ends of the floor. 1 Like |

PG13 is sleeping on OKC at the wrong time. Westbrook is the main man now. He's always been though, IMO. |

Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 6:40pm On Mar 21, 2019 |
I know OKC is struggling but I have kept a close eye on one player who has impressed me very much and that player is Jerami Grant. While his offense still needs a lot of work, my goodness his defense, particularly, one on one under the rim is one of the best I have watched this season. The guy moves his feet, fights through screens, rarely goes under them and is good at stuffing shot attempts. I hope he can continue to improve his defense while slowly building his offense so he can become a capable 2-way player. 2 Likes 1 Share |
