@ poster; None coz one of those traits in imbeded in the other. Most prostitutes steal and most women thieves can prostitute as well. However, for the thief, what does she steal? I mean is it just pilfering from me or full fledge stealing from neighbours or even shop lifting? I MAY condone one that pilfers from me ONLY and not taking it outside to the prostitute.
Generally, if all these were in her past, I will still always prefer the ex-kparoniya to the ex-ashawo. In any case, it's still a choice between the devil and the deep blue sea.

it is difficult but given the only these two choices iu will go for the prostitute. it is nothing to do with sympathy or anything like that. my reason is simple. a thief inentionly steal something belonging to someone but a prostitue atleast does not harm a third party with her act.

personally i find it difficult to call a woman a prostitue than calling a woman a thief.
