Owerri is really clean and beatiful. But calabar takes the cake. But it's become kinda unclean since Imoke took over from donald duke.

of the way between 1004 estate and Mobile filling station @ VI/Lekki boundry,
u might conclude that Nigeria is fully developed with standard infrastructures

Owerri is nice but calabar is surpass owerri in cleanness.
Enugu is also good but not in the same league as Calabar or owerri.
