Haven't we been hiring and firing in recent years?

Even the Chelsea he mentioned have hired and fired about 5 times in the last 2 years and still have nothing to show for it, and that is because Boli and Egbami are 2 clueless people who dismantled the good structure that existed under Abramovic.

Bayern and Madrid have always had good structure in place. Chelsea could hire and fire successfully when they had a good structure. The moment the structure changed, hiring and firing stopped working. Anybody claiming hiring and firing means you should not have a good structure is a Glazer apologist and we know them by their tribal marks. cheesy

What’s structure? Na structure dey determine formation and style of play? Almost everything is on the manager. Luck is when you get a good manager that will play good football and win trophies as well. The only way to be lucky is to keep hiring and firing. No matter what the admin part of a football club looks like, money and a good manager will do the magic.

We just have not been lucky to get a manager that works for United. Until we do, we will keep on shouting structure structure structure. All we need to do is continue our search. If Pep decides to join Utd today, and we make 1 billion available to him, we’ll win the EPL in two years. Would/could an incompetent manager do that?
