= Suicide

If he doesn't have expertise in bomb disposal he shouldn't go near it. What he did was just a suicide.

^^yes it was but since 9ja probably doesnt have the right equipment to deal with a possible bomb, it could be that his oga told him:"baba Bolaji, go check the package out", and the poor dude had to oblige. it o

Voted when?
It is just two months ago since the budget was sent to the NASS, it hasn't even been passed yet. Aside from that, the fiscal year it would start in is still a couple of months away.

Why do you want to say ridiculous things?

I hope those who were against the size of the security vote would do a rethink. Anyways, most of those people are either sympathisers or members of boko haram who are scared that the increased budget would enhance the capabilities of the security services to sink them.

Wrong conclusion

How about the IED blowing the dead man's boots off. See the video again because that's where those pictures were gotten from.

Yes o, my bros, that is how they are supposed to be dressed, but what if they are not provided with such in Naija? Abeg, don't blame that man, blame our country (leaders) who refused to provide. After all, our lawyers also collect call to bar letters under tree. Check here: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-872494.0.html sad sad sad

Is there anything that is of standard in Naija? Everything is done jagajagally.

Leadership is jagajaga
Politics is jagajaga
Budget implementation is jagajaga
Religious worship is jagajaga

Power supply is jagajaga
Security of citizens is jagajaga
Educational institution is jagajaga
Roads are jagajaga
Employment is done jagajagally

Overall development of the country is jagajaga
