i did not see show and my water did not break during my first and i gave birth at 38 weeks plus 6 days. Sex contributed cos i had sex before labour started. @Udoka the pains has stopped it only comes and goes. My coursemate whether the baby big or not you go push am just relax and enjoy ur last week in this pregnancy. @prettimoi the lord is ur strength. Who is the next?

They won't tell u unless u ask after each scan. Don't mind me I ask too much question..my doc is now used to me asking. Kai I reject 10kg, na only 3.2kg I dey shake u dey prophecy more, if only baby can come now now then no whahala.

@Udoka, I drank only cold water while I was pregnant, couldn't swallow any fluid that was not cold. I was been rebuked also, when I asked my mid-wife she said If that's what I felt like taking I should go ahead. My baby is very fine oooo. Nothing happened to her.

Exactly!! And don't forget ni.pple stimulation which is also part of s*x, and which is known to start strong contractions. All these would work only if you're due, that kain 38wks and above, depending on your body.

I'll start next month too, meanwhile I can't stand fruits oh, at all, i wish I could coz its healthy, then i want to start eating anyhow now coz i dnt want small baby oh, I weigh 80kg now, I weighed 86 before pregnancy, morning sickness made me loose all the weight, and I think I added only 1kg so far, just wondering how my weight affects babies, considering I'm having twins.

@ kaf cakes, be rest assured that Ur twinnies are doing great whether u add or not. At my last appt. I discovered I lost 1.5kg, am not bothered at all, I weigh 75kg now. Hubby doesn't like fat so I will still watch it after putting to bed.
As for Ur babies, they will add weight after they are born, that's when u will concentrate and feed them well.
As for the fruits, it's not easy for me eating them too o, I play around with grapes, oranges and firm paw paw, then I use carrot and green beans for any kind of rice am making. We will soon be there.

@all yesternight i felt baby kick alot particularly at d lower right of my tummy i dont know what part of her body that is there o. What scared me most is that the kick was disturbing me that i could not sleep. Is it normal for sm1 to b disturbed with babys kick i tot they said the kick is enjoyable. I actually prayed for it to stop so i could sleep. Though it was not painful but funny

Thanks sisters. don't know where all the old school mamas are getting d info that cold is bad. One told me that it clots d blood when l asked, others couldn't even give a reason. The annoying thing now is that my dh has supported them and beleved it could be d cause of d pain I had recently.

I can't remember my bmi, but i know I was overweight sha, that I'm sure of, lol

Joilin, the kicks can be disturbing at times but i realise my lo kicks hard when my position is not comfortable for it so i change position and it stops or reduces drastically.

@udoka, dnt know for the old women o. MIL said it gives baby cold and makes him jerk when born. Hubby went online and realises its nt harmful so he helps me sneak it wen she is around. Any thing thats not cold iritates me even fruits

@Joilin,some babies kicks very hard,Sometimes so hard that I even vomit. In my case,changing position doesn't help.

Ahh at Udoka. so we are expecting three birthday mates. Mehn, that's awesome. We are expecting Live reports from the labour room o. No dulling.

As for cold water, the canteen woman in my office stopped giving me cold water o. She said it makes babies have pneumonia. Several people have told me so too.
As for me, i naturally stopped taking cold water but i take ice cream and cold fruit juices sha.

Then baby's kicks can really be disturbing sometimes especially when i am about to be hungry or when i lie down on my side.

Byvan, i have seen the kicks through my cloth too. A bachelor colleague saw it one day and was so so amazed. That he cant wait to see his baby's kicks too. Marriage things on his mind now. Lol.
