Pregnacare worsened my morning sickness in my first trimester, I stopped it when I started antenatal at 13weeks and started taking hospital routine drugs too, I’m 27weeks and I have resumed pregnacare because I’m not taking fruits and I need all those vitamins and minerals. So you can stop and continue later when your body can handle it, mine couldn’t at 13weeks but can now.

E never show oo. At week 11 day 5. Although my tummy looks preggy when i have just finished a meal and most of my clothes are tighter now.

Am 31 weeks and I just treated fever, but I noticed that the drugs given to me in the hospital are affecting me negatively . I took them this morning in less than 20 minutes I started loosing my strength rapidly . Hubby already told me to stop taking drugs I ignored him because I thinking it is not ideal . Please what should I do now b4 my next antenatal? I am a first time mum.

The drugs are folic acid and another redround one.

Folic acid and fesolate are routine drugs and don't treat fever. Please take paracetamol for the fever and it will go. I hope u have been treated malaria ?

Good day Mamas, I am a GTC mama. My friend just told me she tested positive to typhoid and she is pregnant. The doctor gave her augmentin. So I told her not to take it yet, I need to ask my experienced mama's here, if anyone has treated typhoid in early pregnancy.

In the first place Augmentin is safe in pregnancy whatever the trimester....
Second of all I really don't think she has typhoid fever cos the only test to confirm diagnosis is a bone marrow aspiration wc is not routinely done....
Widal test that is done everywhere is not a good test as other things can also make it positive including malaria....

I can get she didn't see a specialist....

That said she can take the drug cos it's safe but pls let her see a specialist cos she might just have malaria and needs to be treated properly as it is not good for baby...

I laugh in Swahili see as a ftm if you're slim just forget it won't show till you're twenty something weeks, right now I'm 30weeks gone but if I wear flare Ankara you won't still see it, it only when I eat swallow it pop up small, my friend was yabbing me yesterday that my breast and bumbum are bigger instead of my bump whether I'm carrying the pregnancy there

I started taking the routine drugs after the fever medicine and Iam reacting to the routine drugs.

Anyways the hanger is still cheaper than that standing one which I bought for 13k took it home after settling down i calculated the money spent cos it was too much so i asked the woman how much she sold it and when i heard 13k since i have it at home already I returned it kia kia.

According to the exchange rate as at today, that hanger is close to 8k. So the 6500 u got is cheaper. That being said, I'm in uyo and things are expensive here, ridiculously expensive. Although there are hangers of 5k.

What we do now is drive to Aba. We mostly get routine things here. Or i buy in lagos and my sister waybills to me.
