Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Edoblakky(m): 9:33am On Jun 02, 2009
Hello house,it's been quite a long time I contributed.I guess I had not much 2 say 4 now.Although the wait is frought with tension, let's continue 2 remind ourselves that God is not unrighteous 2 4get our labour. We've fasted, prayed & are still praying. If it was possible 4 all the children of Israel 2 pass through the red sea without losing any one then,it is possible 4 all nairalanders whose hope & trust is in the Lord 2 scale through into SITP.
I called my coordinator on Sunday 2 ask 4 the latest development. He told me that the purpoted mop-up test would take place on Monday (yesterday). He said after then,we'd be contacted. When precisely? He said he didn't know.
SO, no matter how long it takes, our resolve is that if God has given us this job,no man or group can deny it us.
@ all,get ready for ELV in Jesus Name-Amen!!!!!!

Hey guyz
Been a while. Honestly I have been around a lot, just havent posted anything in a while. been checkin', hopin for some great news regardin meds. Well, I still believe that He will do it for those of you still waitin for ur med ivs. I still believe.

Looks like we've got some new folks from the current commercial recruitment in d house. Welcome guys!! You mos definitely will see us talk a lot abt SITP, SITP and more SITP. But this thread is not SITP next generation. . . it's Shell. So, please feel free to share info here as well. When we can help out, we will, aight?
@hussy hassy. . . nice name. em. . . methinks u should really relax.
Yes, ur right, we applied and did the initial test around May/June last year. Gosh. I wonder wot it would have been like if I didnt have a job. So, feel free to put ur eggs in a coupla baskets. It's not like ur application will mos def take tym or som'n, but it could from experience, so relax and focus on other things while ur waitin'.
To all med hopefulls. . . great nuz is on the way. . . I can feel it!
Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by babake81(m): 1:58pm On Jun 02, 2009
which way nigeria?? this northern twist really leaves a very sour taste in the mouth, The usual tradition used to be that host communities in Niger delta got some kind of preferential treatment, That sounds logical because the Crude is from their land, I just cant understand the rational behind inviting the northerners,

When d adverts came out, i cant remembering seeing any caveat warning the northerners not to apply, The minister is in charge of the federal govt and not the North, May God help this country!!

1luv

Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by jibzgal: 7:29am On Jun 03, 2009
Please lets not get discouraged, everything is for a set time and when that time comes, there's nothing anyone can do about it, not even shell!

One luv

Hi guyz, thanks 4 keeping the thread alive,I was tryn to hold up to my anger, its all good .

If they like they should extend the invitation to Northerner's in Niger ,we go enter that SITP.I guess the mop up is because there is still space to be filled. We are watching Gods plan for us.
Be stead fast because we will not relent to pray for all. catch ya all next week hopefully Wednesday ,when the IV's would be sent.
BRAVO
Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by hussyhassy: 8:27am On Jun 03, 2009
my guy take it easy the northerners are given this opportunity jus to encourage them to come out 4 education because u knw they are left bhind so chill out odas frm s/s and s/e are far far learned dats the only media the northern leaders have to encourage their people cos they hardly go 2 skool so relax and think ahead ur tym is in a corner.
Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by hussyhassy: 8:30am On Jun 03, 2009

Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by nkenke: 10:03am On Jun 03, 2009
@hussyhassy wat are u talking? in a global recruitment u talk abt giving a particular ethnic group oportunity?
did they not see the advert? apply for it? or write the test like others? its like u are from the north?
anyways i wish u well in ur pursuit for a place in shell, and b4 you will be called for medical shell will bring up
anoda story of wanting to mop up the igalas and ebiras from kogi and this causes delay in ur invitation then
i believe ur response will not be the same from the crap u posted earlier.
Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by otr: 10:28am On Jun 03, 2009
My people, I hope am welcome back to the Great house. Am really, really sorry to hav been away this long. It was God let me stop at that, when we get to ELV, I will be giving the house the full gist at the SITP fellowship. To God be all the Glory.
@med. hopeful, I can feel the way u feel abt the whole thing, I hav a friend and a classmate who is in thesame shoe and I know hw he feels abt the situation but what we dont hav power over I think it makes a whole lot of sense to just leave it in prayer in the hands of God(the One who opens a door and no one can close, the One whose hands the king's heart lies, the One who specialises in impossibilities, the One with whom it can never be late with, I mean the Great I AM THAT I AM). He will not disappoint His own, let trust Him for the best.
@ offer-letter-hopefuls,By this time after the medICALS last year, guys hav started receiving their offer letters, so wasup with us this year. I thought by now we should hav known wen we are resuming. Any news as regards our resumption?
@ all, cheer up for He has overcome the world.
Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by pepperyboy: 11:50am On Jun 03, 2009
@nkenke: i totally agree wif ur sentiments. listen hussyhassy this thread is not a forum to bring contention we are very objective and considerate here. so pls before you post anytin, think very well and leave aside bias since it is obvious u r from the north.
Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Godeagle: 1:24pm On Jun 03, 2009
Hey everyone! Jibgal, onDrox, pepperyboy, edoblakky, otr, it's good to have you guys back after the long time away. I urge us to to Keep up the Faith. God has moved and will continue to move on our belhalf.

@ hussyhassy, I will excuse you by saying that u didn't take time to understand the situation before posting your comments. However if that is not the case,
then yours must be a case of narrow mindedness and a propagation of unjust Northern dominance and inequality in a nation that is supposed to be democratic, and free. All that has to change.
Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Edoblakky(m): 2:37pm On Jun 03, 2009
At this point in time. I think I should say something.
@hussyhassy, I think this forum is the wrong place 2 find you.Let me ask you:if Shell should organise a mop-up test, who,in the interest of peace, should be considered? Is it not the pple from Niger Delta? Look,a lot has been said about this issue.Let us not begin 2 dwell on the minors & 4get the major.I thought you need our help. But now,you don't seem 2 deserve any help from us.
Pls house let's not get distracted! Our help is from God not man.I insist we are all getting into SITP in Jesus Name Amen!!!
Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by hussyhassy: 4:02pm On Jun 03, 2009
house its like u all got me wrong,am not proposing that there should be prefrencial treatment i only give u some reasons that may have be the problm of selecting northerners because in d university the northerners always get scholarship and allowances and whn we ask all the answer is that they are payin them to encourage them thats all, beside i dnt even knw that u guys are talkin abt job in shell i thot its in the federal govt vacancies, anyway am nt on d side i only give u guys my views lipsrsealed
