I will suggest you go for regional sponsored visa, its much more faster than any other visa class.
So your next step is to do your IELTS and after that you apply to any state/regional govt of your chioce for sponsorship. when you get a suitable reply from them, then you can go ahead and do you EOI. best of luck

Just some heads up, while Regional visas are much faster to process, please also be ready to set your mind to reasoning that if you eventually get in and settle there is no transferring to somewhere else just like that.
