Since U are a regular trader with BOM. . . . I know that you know their charges for currency conversion is not beans. No amount of emails to them will make them re-consider their decision. As far as they are concerned, u are owing them service charge fees. . . so i think ur best bet is to pay up.
They are even fair, just to keep their reputation intact, they decided not to even withdraw the said amount from ur account.

. . . .and if U do owe them that amount, U would have made better money on BOM. . . .so paying shouldn't be a problem OR should it??
