House, am so glad we all are learnig and sharing views here. May God crown all our efforts with joy...Amen. Onthe issue of RESULT, i learnt its usually released ONCE because of manipulations and that was what led to the cancellation for dv 2012;s 1st result and dat was wat favoured me thou.On the issue of NABTEB, its on d dv lottery web for Nijjar but one thing we didnt take into consideration is dat ds visa is ONLY & ALWAYS at the discretion of the Consular. It may surprise you that the consular mite just denie our members in question becos he/she is not used to NABTEB. Its real cos it happened to me on my interview date that d consular that interviewd mw did not EVEN RECKON WITH MY COMBONED RESULT THAT I EVEN ATTACHED SCRATCH CARDS TO but only checked d oda one that the cert was ready while oda consulars approved them and grandted visas with that d lady consular denied pple with it like i remember some of our members even told me not to go with it.... So, it all depends on God's divine fovors( American speeling).

Hi, owobabaisabella, sorry I didnt get back to u earlier. Was extremely busy. But I've had my interview now and it was very straight forward, took about 5 mins.

co: come on so so date for your visa do not make any travel plans before then

anyway just to chip in i realised at the interview a guy came in with his high school certificate and he had F in both english and maths. one of the co's told him that is ground for disqualification he told her he rewrote the exam that is novdec in ghana i believe is neco in nigeria well when asked where that result is he said he left it at home. pls go to the interview with all your certificates all they need is your high school anyway.

Thank you, about CO checking credentials,its not there work but embassy official who reports to them before your interview. Once you submit your Educ cert to them,they will check,comment and submit to CO.If you have dont meet qualification,red flag is raised and the CO may request for supporting document(if you have any)during your interview.Thats the little i know about CO and Educ certs

Like i said ,you want attention and i will give you.Just chatted with a friend now on FB,he pinged a female friend in UNIJOS to confirmed it that they accept both WAEC/NECO combined.I believe graduates or under graduates here on nairaland would also testify to this,though thats not what brought us here but we need to set the records straight.

Just go and tell the truth,it will favor your wife in future and processing will be very easy once you apply for her to join you.But please,let ther Co know the time you got married and go with your wedding cert ust incase CO ask.They will keep the information in your file and that would make things easy once you apply for her

My case is 100% similar to your case and i have decided to play it safe with the undestanding of my fiancee, since its much more easier for her to join me later than create an unnecessary obstacle in our way of a life changing opportunity.

If the CO ask during my interview, i will answer yes but with a clause that i just got married to assure my baby of my committement to our relationship and that she will be joining me at a later date.......if the CO never mention anything to do the effect, I will allow it stay the same.
