No,that's not true... I've been following the Visa Bulletins for 2013 and they ALWAYS come BEFORE the 15th... This is not an exception... Since this was posted today on dier website; then we should stop arguing whether it's real or not... After all; MOST other regions experienced an increase (Except Nigeria)...

Now, while this bulletin is strange; I think it makes sense... Especially because no 2ND NLs were delivered to my Nigerian sisters and brothers in d previous month... That was odd; but this irons it out... So instead of saying this bulletin is fake (even tho it is on d American Govt site and has January on it); let us exercise some patience, keep our fingers crossed and inter lock our fingers in prayers

This january visa bulletin is not nice @all ooo. Stagnation kilode, shey dem want use hypertension kill us ni,anywayz i just hope the feb bulletin is gonna hit 15000 for nigeria, to cover up the long wait..with all d hustle and bustle I pray its all gonna be worth it . AMEN

thanks brother,I said it earlier,but when my friend said we shld all wait till 15th of Nov,the only thing I noticed about the january bulletin is that,nigerian ave more low CN that are yet to receive 2NL or yet to be interview,all I pray is that KCC shld increase the CN that will be current for feb,if poSsible by 3500

This is NOT MISLEADING
Last month and even in September, it was out before 15th of those months.
15th of each month is just a guidance not a cast-in-stone rule.

Guys its is true cut off case numbers for january is out.easiest way to check>google visa bulletin for december then go to the 4th chart talking about predictions for next month u wil see that nigeria stil stands at 10000.thanks

My interview is at d corner... Infact in less than 2 weeks. I have all my documents ready and just dry-cleaned my suit for the D-Day ... I want to thank everybody for their support as d days wind down and I hope my interview will b very successful... My NPC, medicals, police certificate were all made easy by this forum. You guys furnished me with directions, instructions and guidelines to get these documents ready in a place like Lagos which I'm otherwise not familiar with. So thanks a million again and I hope to share my success story in 2 weeks.

That said, I need to know how to arrange my documents. Which ones to photocopy (I know d medicals won't b pphotocopied cos they're sealed)... So I would appreciate if anyone who has been interviewed could help me with details of how a single applicant (with no derivatives) should arrange his papers- how many envelopes, how many photocopies and stuff like that...

Hi bro and welcome on board. I don't really know what to tell you but i think you should contact the KCC and inform them about the error you made and I believe there are going to tell you what to do next because all of us are liable to mistakes. Please do not be afraid there are going to understand that you made but a mistake and nothing more.
