Do a rescan.
The library has no refresh or scan. I switched off my phone after each move.

Here's what I'll do, at exactly 4:00PM I'll release the details under my NL profile as my signature. Abeg, for my own enjoyment and yours too.
Don't go spreading it like wildfire, if you do.

Shebi next time go come. I still got more shitt under my slevees.

matter of fact there is an app that will fetch u files. most times i seeing Vietnam files etc etc.

u dont even need any app except if u run ICS.

the issue has been i havent seen any that has d right port!! iv tried editing a few to the right port but i guess the service is not listening for dt port.

so what u can actually do me is to tell me exactly how u got one to the right port..........

@ all...to use droid vpn above the 100 mb mark just subscribe with different emails, then use 1 to start browsing, make sure you do not reach the 100mb limit tho, when you've used like 90 - 95 mb just signout of that one and sign in wif ur other account....you can continue like this till you're tired...thank me later
ashipa...i see you
Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by chocckidd: 5:56pm On Jul 25, 2013
NB: goto droidvpn and clear the app data and cache before signing in your other account....

I was referring to you though.

Besides as I've said before, I can't access my nairaland pm nor email used to register for NL. Hence why I released it here.

malikalhaj: Has anyone read up on chromecast? Just hope it works with miracast

i have looked up on it and i'm not impressed. my MK808 is way better. besides they were hyping the netflicks capability which doesn't work outside America except you use a vpn. was very close to buying a Roku stick but it has its limitations.

by the way, i still have one MK808 left and i will be in lagos next weekend. anyone interested should holla at me

see no need for drama.

google is ur friend. there are free vpn everywhere u look. the question is getting one that works via d necessary port.

droidvpn worka becos u can specify how to connect. if u find another like that.... kudos to u.

also there is what is known as PPTP vpn and OpenVPN. this are just vpn protocols abi na type sef... cheesy . i no sabi d grammer to use call am.

for any vpn u can instead get the config file and use another app or the built in android vpn client to use these config file.

the issue u will run into again is gettting a file that works via the proper protocol/port. on most servers u also need a username n password...... its no different from using an app. difference is just not using the app. (eg if i could get droidvpn config file id prefer it to using the app that drains battery). i will still need the droid vpn account anyway....

as far as i have tried i havent gotten any totally free one to connect. maybe some guys are lucky...... u are free to try too. all u need is google and commonsense.
Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by ciphoenix: 10:10pm On Jul 25, 2013
Getting a VPN is even easier now than previously when only ICMP protocol works on droids. UDP works now too. Too many of em out there jor

By the way my 4 days with airtel was the worst ever. angry

Uhmm, guys. Just need small advice from y'all.

Been using my galaxy note n7000 for a year now. It came with Gingerbread but I updated to ICS. Samsung promised an update to jelly bean but it never came. I love my device a lot although it's been lagging these days. Never rooted it and I don't regret that decision. So what I want to ask is it possible that it could be manually upgraded? I want to enjoy the jelly bean experience but i don't want to dump this phone yet.
