Well i download3d that file dis afternoon to confirm it. Its working and its a very small file. Just about 300kb.

Click the free button. Preferably download it with a browser that supports javascript or just do it on a desktop

i cant upload it to any of my accounts cos i dont want any flags

also download the latest lucky patcher.
Install ram expander don't open it.
Install lucky patcher

open lucky patcher. Give it root permissions.

Let it scan. Choose the ram expander. Click on open menu of patches

choose remove license verification patch.

Choose auto mode inverse and extreme modes.

Run it..
U shld get 85 % success.

Then run ram expander. Should work now. Thats how i just did it.

If it does not work u did d wrong thing.

Try installing Whatsapp again...... Whatsapp works on Nexus 7....

By messaging, except if you're looking for app for Bulk SMS and even if that's what you need then you'll have to inquire....

@ lannre, I recall, a long time ago that someone posted a link to a software that could unlock the Gaga phone from ETISALAT. I remember because I downloaded the file but never used it. In the file, there is a software for Alcatel, huawei and motorola. Could send it to you.

Either can do the task.
