don't buy on e street, buy in a credible looking shop. Unfortunately even there you might still buy a poor quality one. I once bought 2 memory cards from slot, one didn't last 48hours while I used the other for years

Try switching to another apn. Under settings - mobile network - access point name. If that doesn't work, call customer care.

The APN settings are ok, the phone can Acess the internet and even Google play Store but whatsapp and Facebook doesn't work and they do work before
