I wonder why people still give MTN so much money that they dont deserve. LEAVE THE DAMN NETWORK!!!

My dad was having this problem until he called customer care and they told him he was subscribed to this ''Hyundai promo...'' He never subscribed but they said he did, anyway he made them unsubscribe him. so ill suggest you guys call customer care

For weeks now I have refused to load airtime into my MTN line. This because the moment I load, they will take out N100. If you are going to court on this pls I will join you. Enough of all these their wahala.

They stole my N150 credit on Friday. I just thank God it was small credit and not a colossal amount. Worse still, their customer service lines are permanently busy. I am just waiting for Thursday before I hit the offices of the NCC with an official complaint.

As for the epileptic internet services that has cost me a lot of jobs, I am discussing with my lawyer tomorrow to institute a lawsuit claiming compensatory damages. Enough is enough.

Yeah I remember I recharged before going to bed on friday night,to my utmost surprise I found 0 balance.

it has been happenin to me since last month, it all started wen i subscribe to their BBC plan, after it expire any time i load credit the jst tke the money without any reason.

Each time I recharge, they deduct N100. To beat them I just make call immediately.

My wife loaded 200 Naira MTN credit on Friday, and they removed it some minutes after. she did not use the credit at all. To crown it all, if you try to call their customer care, they will not answer you. This is bad, NCC have to do something about it.

The biggest theft they commit is on internet services. You load, for instance, N500, and subscribe for 24 hours/150 MB. Then, there is no way to connect for longer than 1-2 seconds. And even if you connect, the speed is near zero. Thievery corporation.

And I thought I was the only one affected.......it has been happening to me since last month. Infact the minute I load recharge card I make a call immediately,then they started with another format....load #400 recharge card and they take it all on two minute calls. NCC should look into this issue abeg.

not just credit...even there bundles. U only dwnloaded stuff worth 4mb nd around 7 to 8mb is gone. When u call there C C they tell u that u ve exhausted it...according to their system.
