Nigerian actress Maryan Charles who hails from Imo state has given a clue on who she will be settling down with.

The graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria hinted this with a letter ‘S’ tattoo on her wedding ring finger.

She revealed the newly acquired tattoo on her recent photo she shared on social media.

The letter S is supposed to be an initial for the name Stephen. She is believed to be in a serious love affair with an undisclosed guy that stays outside the shores of Nigeria.

She has not yet introduced her lover to the public as she keeps everything private.

In a photo she had posted she was seen all around this guy and we believe that he is the Stephen.

Adigun Alapomeji also known as 9ice has on Wednesday, taken to his Instagram page to celebrate his twin daughters as they clock seven years.

The father of four appreciated God as he celebrates his girls, Hazeeza and Hadiza.

He posted a picture of his gorgeous daughter and wrote:

Ghanaian Actress, Salma Mumin has cried out, and she’s currently pleading with any man who is interested in her, to as a matter of urgency approach her and make his intentions known to her.

The state commissioner of police, Chris Ezike, who addressed journalists on Monday in Owerri about what he called “massive breakthrough” for his command and the state, said the number of exhibits recovered from the suspect was mind-boggling.

The Police had, on Saturday, smashed a gang of six, but while three were arrested, the other three reportedly died during a shootout with the policemen.

The CP disclosed that the alleged kidnap kingpin, Uchechukwu Okoro, who was part of the gang, was rounded up through a coordinated operation led by the FSARS commander, Victor Geoffrey, a superintendent of Police.

Ezike, worried at the huge exhibits recovered from the suspect and the ones recovered from two of the three members arrested, Chidera Nzeagwu and Chinwendu Sylvester, during the Saturday gun battle, said the discovery “underscored the need for continuous mop up.”

The CP said, “On Sunday at Amafor at Ohaji/Egbema at 11:49pm, operatives of Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad of the Imo State Police Command, led by the commander, SP Victor Godfrey, arrested one Uchechukwu Okoro, 32, on a tip off intelligence in continuation of the deadly kidnap syndicate we overpowered on Saturday.

“On sighting my men, the hoodlums numbering more than 10 opened fire on the operatives but were repelled and the wanted suspect with bullet injury on right leg arrested.”

He said that two expended AK-47 ammunition was recovered from the scene.

According to the CP, the suspect had made a confessional statement that he used his family house at Isieke in Awo Ommam in the Oru East LGA as a detention facility until victims paid ransoms.

Big Brother had asked them to form a tower using balloons. At the end, only Tobi’s construction stood out and was consequently installed as the head of house.

Tobi was asked to select a title he wishes to be addressed. He picked Kabio’osi (meaning ‘no one can ask you’ in Yoruba language).
Afterwards, Big Brother asked him to select a housemate with whom he would share the luxury room.

In what will come across as a really shocking development, a Nigerian senator has been allegedly slapped by a National Assembly official.

It was pure drama that was recorded on Monday at the new wing of the Senate complex in Abuja after a National Assembly official physically assaulted the senate deputy minority whip, Abiodun Olujimi.

According to a report by Premium Times, the incident happened shortly before the commencement of a public hearing of the committee on petroleum (downstream).

Trouble started when an official of the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN) rode in the same elevator with the lawmaker, Premium Times reports.

Lifts in the assembly are installed in pairs, one reserved for lawmakers (Senators and House of Representatives members), and another for other users.

The senator was on her way to the petroleum committee public hearing while the PASAN member, who was not immediately identified, was to attend a meeting of his association.

The PASAN meeting was in preparation for a strike which the association is about to commence, Premium Times reports.

A witness said when the lawmaker saw the PASAN staff in the elevator reserved for lawmakers, she demanded to know why he used the same lift with her.

The witness said the lawmaker directed her aide to “slap” the legislative official, who immediately responded in kind.

The PASAN staff however slapped the senator and not her aide.

Neither the senator, her aide nor the PASAN staff gave further details of the incident as journalists inquired.

Mrs. Olujimi left the elevator and challenged the PASAN official, who was immediately shielded by his colleagues.

The PASAN staff refused to apologise, and it took the intervention of National Assembly security officials to rescue her from the scene.

Other PASAN members declined comments and refused to give the name of the official involved.

The senator thereafter attended public hearing.

In a chat with some journalists after the hearing, she vowed to take up the case with the National Assembly security.
