Hmmm, u need to come down to come down to Kota, Kinabalu and Saba to mention a few and you'd wonder what on earth is wrong with the whole splendor the Malaysians sell the world thru Kuala Lumpur. There are developed cities, mostly the newly developed ones. Most of the old places are usually changed by developers, and that takes quite a while. I don't know if you guys are haters, but if this is pure hating, you will be having a stroke as the guy called BRF is really not sleeping and I recently ran into their innovation team inspecting new development in Dubai.
