What many people fail to acknowledge is that the pro-biafrans were once patriotic Nigerians. they once believed in a Nigeria where everyone had some sense of belonging. A Nigeria that will be just, fair and equitable regardless of religious and ethnic affiliations. 50 years of a failed post war national experiment is no more a joke. Its not funny.

Nigeria's mode of existence was negotiated between our founding fathers, NOT imposed. the patriotism of our founding fathers wasn't a blind one. they had their terms of national engagement. if Nigeria must work, it must be properly negotiated, nobody wants to settle for less. Everyone wants a fair deal.

Today people talk about Nigeria as though it is non negotiable. the foolish ones do much worse, they engage in blind patriotism. They see the sorry state of Nigeria as their fate, they would rather sink with the Titanic ship than find an escape route. They see the fraud and hypocrisy having a field day, yet they do little about it.

Sincerely fix the country, they won't. okay, some are willing to fix the system by negotiating Nigeria's mode of existence, they antagonize them. Now some want outright seperation, these blind patriots are calling for their heads. they are those who try to defeat a project before allowing it to operate.

I owe no allegiance to a country that is not ready to make things right for it's citizens. I owe no allegiance to a country that can't protect me. Some so called patriots will even readily drop their Nigeria for another country when given the opportunity. I owe no allegiance to a country whose leadership are bent on dividing the citizenry with their speeches, actions and inaction. There is so much brain drain in the country due to the fraud and hypocrisy in the system.

I don't believe in blind patriotism. if there is sincerity on the part of Nigerias leadership to fix Nigeria regardless of economic challenges, there won't be escalated agitations. A true patriot is not a blind patriot. NIGERIA wants blind patriotism. they won't get it from me.

I was in the shop, all of a sudden people started running, I came out to see Hausa men and women running to safety. I was then meant to understand that IPOBs were beating and chasing them away because they IPOBs alleged that the army officers stationed at isi gate beat up an Ibo man(Keke driver) mercilessly and took him away. The IPOBs were aggravated because all the Army officers stationed there are all Hausas and that led them to beat up the Hausas around there. The Army officers came back and saw what the IPOBs did to the Hausas, they had to call an Armored vehicle and started chasing the IPOBs away from there, they shot tear gas and guns randomly before they entered into the nearby streets chasing people away and damaging both cars and Keke napep.. it wasn't funny oooo. Some IPOB People lost their goods and other items while the Hausas were left out of the drama as they(hausas) were busy with there business at Isi gate. NB: I heard what started the fracas was that an army officer was beaten up by a Keke driver who he wanted to punish and that the Keke driver disarmed him and used the bottom of the gun to hit the officer's head. The army officers there poured out there anger on other Keke men... the main message that the IPOBs there said the wanted to send was that they don't need hausa Army officers because the officers don't treat them with respect.

He added that Igbos could complain that they were not enough of them in government, but under former president Goodluck Jonathan, an Igbo was finance minister, Central Bank governor, and so on.He went on to suggest that those Igbos that have been seduced into agitating for Biafra by Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of separatist group Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) are “the children of the poor”, who in his view, are not thinking properly about the implications of secession. Mbaka said those people were being deceived by Kanu.
Mbaka then moved on to what could happen in an independent Biafra if it ever came to fruition. He said: “If you think we have trouble in Nigeria now, we will see trouble in Nigeria. No Anambra man would let an Enugu man be president, no Imo man would let an Abakaliki man be president”.
He was very convinced that fault lines between different Igbo communities would come to the fore if Biafra ever became reality.When challenged on talking about politics, Mbaka responded that “politics is part of life” and “I read political science and political philosophy”. He added that decisions made by politics affect everyone.

The Young Yorubas for Freedom has fully implemented the decision by the Hausa/Fulani's led Federal Government of Nigeria to purchase with the Yoruba's money weapons from the United States, the United Kingdom and Russia to kill Yoruba people demanding for Oduduwa Republic, but disguising as fighting Boko Haram and piracy. We believe this action was unwarranted and detrimental to the overall objective of Article 3 of the United Nations to Self-Determination, which states that indigenous peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of that right, they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

Therefore, the 1999 Nigerian Constitution, a law proclaiming the indivisibility of Nigeria, is an unjust law because it does not permit citizens to withhold or withdraw consent: it forces them to be subjected to a legal system to which they never agreed.

It is a fact that the 1999 Nigerian Constitution was a military constitution, imposed on the country by over 90 percent of military and political leaders from the North in favour of the Hausa/Fulani, which contained the indivisibility clause. The Yoruba did not vote for the constitution, but adopted it under duress in 1999 because the alternative to the constitution was continued Hausa/Fulani military dictatorship.

The Yoruba who adopted the 1999 Nigerian Constitution are largely not the same Yoruba calling for outright dissolution of Nigeria now. A previous generation cannot bind a future generation - that would be slavery.

Legally speaking, there is no requirement for the Nigerian government to punish citizens who called for a referendum for the people to decide on regional government or outright dissolution of Nigeria. Under the circumstances, breaking up Nigeria is justifiable because you can't force someone to remain a part of your group - or your country - against their will.

In the spirit of parity invoked by the purchase of weapons by the Buhari's administration with the Yoruba's money, to essentially kill the Yoruba people, but disguised as fighting Boko Haram and piracy, beginning from September and until December, Young Yorubas for Freedom (YYF), will detonate an IED bomb each day in all the 57 local governments and local council development areas of Lagos State.

Former Niger State Governor, Dr. Babangida Aliyu has backed the government's decision to use the military to monitor all social media activities in the country.

Aliyu, who was governor of Niger from May 2007 to May 2015, noted on Sunday that Nigerians should not condemn the actions of the Federal Government, considering the fact that if some of these contents are not well monitored on social media, there is a tendency that it could be used to create religious and ethnic tension amongst Nigerians.
